I am Rtd.Capt Ahmed Yara ,a Sierraleonian by nationality,presently spending my exile in the Rep.of Benin,myself and my family of two. Really I have not known you before,I only rely on the information I got from a representative officer with the Benin centre for external trade and industry,recommending you as a reliable industrialist,who can grant me all moral and technical assistance I require to invest in your country.

Therefore I will be pleased to be in partnership with you in respect of my proposed project towards investment and relocation outside Africa to start a new life. There is certain huge amount of money , which I have successfully moved from Freetown Sierraleon during the war through a diplomatic channel to where it is presently deposited.It is the fund which I wish to invest purely on your personal advice and cooperation,because since my youth,I had been in the military system and I do not have the technical knowhow in the field of trade and production which is my desired area of interest to invest.
